Tombstone Turmoil | The Fight behind the O.K. Corral

On October 26, 1881, Wyatt Earp, Virgil Earp, Morgan Earp, and Doc Holliday had their famous gunfight with the “Cow Boys.”

The fight took place in a narrow lot behind the O.K. Corral.

The painting shows left to right; Ike Clanton running away from the fight, Doc Holliday with the shotgun, Morgan Earp on the ground, Wyatt Earp, Virgil Earp, Frank McLaury staggering into the street, Billy Clanton with the yellow bandana, and Tom McLaury.
